Volunteer

Volunteers play an key role at CeMCOR, generously providing their skills, time, passion and commitment towards advancing women's health research. CeMCOR is always looking for volunteers to help us with various tasks. There are many ways that you can become a volunteer with CeMCOR:

  • Become a participant in one of our research studies
  • Help us advertise our studies or events by distributing flyers
  • Help us in the office with clerical tasks such as photocopying and filing.
  • Telephoning (e.g. letting people on our contact list know about upcoming events)
  • Fundraising

There may be skills you have to offer that we haven't thought about - just ask! We'd love to hear from you.

For more information on volunteering with CeMCOR, send an email to cemcor.info@ubc.ca.

Get Involved

Volunteer research participants are the heart of all CeMCOR research. Participants are invited to provide feedback on study processes, to learn their own results and at the end of a study, be the first to hear what the whole study found. Please become a CeMCOR research participant—you can contribute to improving the scientific information available for daughters, friends and the wider world of women.
