What do bone formation, heart electrical repolarization, breast areolar size and heart attack prevention have in common? Progesterone! But ovulation is silent!

Ovulation is highly variable both within- and between-women. A large study in Norway found 24-37% of all regular cycles had ovulatory disturbances. “Ovulation” is often inaccurately assessed today, even by scientists. Ovulatory disturbances are a common, not often assessed, cause of infertility.

This talk will share the amazing health benefits of balanced estrogen and progesterone actions. Plus, the host of well-being disturbing things that cause ovulatory disturbances. I will then outline exciting new information about the positive effects of normally ovulatory cycles with practical solutions for period and perimenopause issues. Finally, I will give you a peek at innovative plans to finally learn what is expected and normal in cycles and ovulation in a BC province-wide study.
